Willard man fined for ATV theft

A Willard man was fined $1,000 Tuesday for paying someone for a stolen all-terrain vehicle. Jesse Moore, 19, of 206 Maplewood Ave., also was sentenced to three years of probation for attempted receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony, in connection with the Sept. 9 incident.
