Tip leads to arrest of man suspected of selling drug

A tip about a suspected drug transaction on West Seminary Street led to a Bellevue man's arrest on two unrelated Norwalk Municipal Court warrants. Police found two prescription bottles on Robert L. Hatlay, 40, of 106 Sherman St., after the man consented to be searched during an incident about 3 p.m. Friday, Norwalk Police Sgt. Thomas Cook said in his report.
