NEW LONDON At Monday's council meeting Mayor Dar Anderson read a letter he received from Gary Graham, who recently retired as superintendent of schools.
In the letter he thanked the village for its cooperation over the years with the schools and specifically commended Water and Sewer Superintendent John Chapin, Village Administrator Shawn Tappel, Police Chief Mark Holden and Clerk Jonna Rowland.
