Willard man pleads guilty to bringing heroin to jail

A Willard man faces a sentencing hearing Tuesday for hiding six balloons of heroin in a body cavity while in the Huron County Jail. On Nov. 10, Marion C. Lindsey Jr., 22, of 201 Washington St., had been sent to the jail to possibly be transferred to a form of prison which focuses on education and substance abuse treatment. He earlier had pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony, in exchange for the dismissal of two other felonies.
