A Pleasant Street, Willard, resident reported telephone harassment Thursday.

A Butler Road, Wakeman, reported the theft of his four-wheeler Thursday.

An East U.S. 20, Wakeman, resident reported being threatened during the suspected violation of her divorce proceedings Thursday.

A West River Road, Wakeman, resident reported the theft of his wallet Thursday.

A North U.S. 20, Wakeman, resident reported a breaking and entering incident Thursday.

Dispatchers were advised of a false alarm at the intersection of Ohio 61 and Ohio 162, Willard, Thursday.

The Jan. 8-14 Willard Police Department blotter had the following highlights:

Jan. 8

A caller from Kingston Apartments accused a female suspect of punching him, but the male victim did not want to pursue charges. The suspect left the residence.

A West Howard Street resident reported someone threw something at her home and her kitchen window had been broken.

Rose M. Stein, 61, of 2948 Neal Zick Road, Willard, was charged with failure to control in connection with a Theo Moll Drive accident.

An area resident reported seeing a male suspect dump trash from his vehicle into the Mercy Hospital of Willard parking lot.

A West Maple Street resident reported the neighbor's garage and shed had been spray painted.

Residents on West Laurel and Park street reported graffiti on their garages.

A West Emerald resident reported graffiti was painted on his vehicle.

A Country Park Estates resident reported her son had been missing for a day. He returned home later.

A West Pearl Street resident reported graffiti on a door and window of the residence.

A West Maple Street resident reported graffiti on her home and a rope was cut from a swing.

A Second Street resident reported a flood light had been broken.

A Park Street resident accused a suspicious male walking down the alley of possibly spray painting a garage.

A First Street resident reported an assault involving one of her son's friends. The incident remains under investigation.

Jan. 9

A West Emerald Street resident reported his grandson was missing. He returned home later.

A Park Street resident reported graffiti on the back of his garage.

A West Maple Street resident reported his truck had been spray painted.

Larry Jones, 41, of 217 Park St., Willard, was charged with improper starting in connection with a Park Street accident.

A South West Avenue resident reported identification fraud.

A Woodland Avenue resident accused five juveniles who were walking down the alley and looking into vehicles. They were last seen walking toward Central Elementary School. Officers arrested three juveniles and charged them with underage consumption. One female juvenile was arrested, charged with underage consumption and receiving stolen property and was released to her mother on scene.

A caller reported while at a basketball game at Grace United Methodist Church his vehicle had been broken into and several compact discs were missing.

A caller reported her vehicle had been broken into while parked on West Maple Street and several compact discs were missing. There was damage to the glove compartment. The purse, most of its contents and the CDs were located behind a local grocery store and were returned to the owner.

A caller reported a female juvenile (who had been released to her mother from a previous incident) was standing across the street trying to get his son to come outside in the area of Ash and Tiffin streets. The girl was arrested and transported to Sandusky County Juvenile Detention Center with a hearing pending in juvenile court.

Jan. 10

Dispatched an ambulance to an accident at the intersection of Ohio 99 and Greenfield Drive.

A caller reported a vacant Sandusky Street residence had been broken into where holes had been punched in the walls and windows had been broken.

A West Maple Street resident reported her shed had been spray painted.

A caller reported an accident at the intersection of Walton Avenue and Main Street.

A caller reported being the victim of a domestic assault on West Walton Avenue.

A West Emerald Street resident reported his truck had been spray painted.

A canine officer reported assisting the Huron County Sheriff's Office in the 200 block of East Tiffin Street and on North Church Street during a separate incident.

Found a pill while searching a male suspect on North Church Street. The incident remains under investigation.

An East Maple Street resident reported a male walked down the alley and left a crow bar next to her air conditioner on the side of the building. An officer confiscated a metal rod that was located.

Dispatched the Willard Fire Department to a possible chimney fire on Maplewood Street.

Arturo Ramos, 37, of 109 Washington St., Willard was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a North Myrtle Avenue incident.

Jan. 11

An employee of a Motson Street business reported a break-in. The incident remains under investigation.

A Motson Street resident reported someone broke into her vehicle and stole a CD player.

A Cottonwood Drive resident reported her son's bicycle had been stolen.

A complainant accused a male suspect of breaking into her mother's South Myrtle Avenue home and stealing three checks. One of them had been cashed. The incident remains under investigation.

A Spring Court resident reported someone was trying to get into her house through the back door, but didn't gain entry. The incident remains under investigation.

Jan. 12

A Woodland Avenue resident reported being assaulted by a female suspect who lives downstairs.

A caller reported seeing someone wearing a ski mask in the area of Tamarack and Cottonwood drives.

Responded to a fight at a local business. Aubrey Lawrence, 26, whose address wasn't available, was arrested, charged with disorderly conduct and released to a sober individual.

Jan. 13

A Huron County sheriff's deputy reported being flagged down by a driver, who said he needed the Willard Fire Department for a possible fire inside his walls on South West Avenue. The fire department was dispatched.

A passenger in a vehicle at a traffic stop reported being assaulted by the driver. Jose G. Longoria, 32, of 8023 Ohio 103, Plymouth, was arrested, charged with domestic violence and transported to the Huron County Jail where he remains in custody.

A Tamarack Drive resident reported receiving two obscene telephone calls.

A South Myrtle Avenue resident reported a domestic assault.

Adam Evans, 32, of 109 Mayflower Court, Willard, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a fight at an Ash Street business.

Jan. 14

Richard Strohm, 25, of 221 Washington St., Willard, was arrested on an undisclosed warrant.

Jonathon M. Martin, 23, of 4981 Scottwood Drive, Willard, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in connection with an incident at the intersection of Laurel and Main streets. He was later released to his mother.

A caller from the First Baptist Church reported the air condition unit had been stolen.

A caller reported a spool of copper coated cable had been stolen from Keefer Street. An officer advised the Huron County Sheriff's Office that the cable was outside the city.
