Norwalk city council members will vote on a resolution at tonight's regular session that would authorize the mayor to accept state funding for the construction of a shelter house and drinking fountain at Sofios Park.

The state grant is in the amount of about $32,000. The city's share of the project is $13,650.

The majority of council supports the project.
