A Willard man faces two felonies in connection with attempting to enter three vehicles in the city.

Justin R. Wolf, 30, of 805 Armstrong Drive, is charged with burglary and possession of criminal tools in connection with an incident Friday. His bond is set at $15,000.

"We received a report that he was seen attempting to get into three different vehicles. While investigating that, we interviewed a witness who saw him leaving a garage," Willard Police Chief Mark Holden said.

"He didn't get into the cars that we know of. He did not have anything on him when we tracked him down," Holden added.

Another Opinion

Isn't this the same person who was charged a few years ago after the owner came home and saw him run out of her home and the pickup truck he left in was pulled over and he was cited? Unfortunately the punishment doesn't deter the crime.
