Grand jury indicts 38 people

An Erie County grand jury has indicted 38 suspects on various charges.

One of those defendants, Jennifer L. Arnold (aka Jennifer L. Blystone), 27, of 104 S. Main St., North Fairfield, is charged with possession of cocaine.

Here are 32 other suspects and their charges are:

Diana R. Clevenger on two counts of theft and one count of forgery;

Jesse A. Mincey on one count each of gross sexual imposition, burglary and domestic violence;

Alejandro Avila on possession of heroin;

Nicholas A. Wohn V on rape;

Brian L. Humberger on possession of heroin (with a forfeiture specification);

Duwayne G. Walls on two counts of possession of cocaine and one count each of possession of heroin, tampering with evidence and criminal damaging (with a forfeiture specification);

Artia "Nune" Coleman (aka Artia M. Coleman) on two counts of trafficking in drugs;

Dylon E. Ridgeway on three counts of trafficking in heroin, and one count each of possession of heroin, preparation of heroin for sale and having a weapon while under disability (with a forfeiture specification);

Benjamin Darden on possession of cocaine (with a forfeiture specification);

Christopher W. Manring on possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon;

Nicholas D. Brown on possession of cocaine and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

Donyele A. McLaughlin on three counts of trafficking in heroin and one count each possession of heroin, preparation of heroin for sale and assault (with a forfeiture specification);

Travis S. Clinton on possession of cocaine and preparation of cocaine for sale (with a forfeiture specification);

Anthony G. Hatfield on two counts of trafficking in heroin;

Stephen Irby on one count each of possession of cocaine, preparation of cocaine for sale, tampering with evidence and trafficking in cocaine (with a forfeiture specification);

William C. Croft (aka Bill Croft) on one count each of possession of cocaine, preparation of cocaine for sale, aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence (with a forfeiture specification);

John A. Brown (aka John B. Brown aka Oscar Brown) on two counts each of complicity to trafficking in cocaine and trafficking in cocaine;

Joseph K. Jackson on complicity to trafficking in cocaine;

Marco F. Roane on three counts of trafficking in heroin and one count of possession of heroin (with a forfeiture specification);

Alexandra M. Crayton on possession of cocaine and possession of heroin;

Daniel E. Johnson (aka Danny Johnson) on felonious assault and aggravated arson

Kevin W. Zimmerman on three counts of violation of a protection order and one count of burglary;

Travis L. Terrell on burglary;

Garrett P. Davenport on possession of cocaine and possession of drugs;

Johnny L. Reed on possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence;

David R. Huff on possession of cocaine;

Marcus A. Bonner on assault;

Kedrin D. Lockhart on two counts each of aggravated burglary, domestic violence, violation of a protection order

Tyler A. Johnson on two counts of burglary and one count of theft;

Asa Miller on two counts each of aggravated burglary, felonious assault and rape;

Tevin Q. Latin on two counts of carrying a concealed weapon and one count of obstructing official business;

and Ollie D. Norman on six counts of trafficking in heroin and one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

In addition to the aforementioned 33 suspects, another five people were secretly indicted, meaning their names and charges won't be made public until arrests are made or court papers served.
