Reilly, 58, of 277 Hasbrock Road, on Peru Olena Road.

n Gregory K. Montgomery, 45, of 4954 Ohio 4, Bellevue, was charged with failure to maintain assured clear distance Monday after he hit the left side of the oversized farm equipment that was left of center being pulled by Lawrence R. Reilly, 58, of 277 Hasbrock Road, on Peru Olena Road.

n Barbara A. Ceculski, 59, of Cadiz, was charged with failure to maintain assured clear distance Tuesday after she hit the rear of the stopped vehicle driven by Conal J. Erickson, 54, of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Erickson had slowed heading west on U.S. 250 to wait for someone driving farm equipment approaching to cross the road.

NORWALK FIRE

n Assisted North Central EMS with treating a patient in an all-terrain vehicle accident at 3:57 p.m. Wednesday on Ohio 61 behind the old Boose’s Farm Market. The ATV had rolled onto the victim, causing internal injuries. Returned to station at 5.

NORWALK POLICE

n Ashley N. Burkett 20, of 22 Harris Ave., was charged with improper backing Wednesday in the Harris Avenue collision with the vehicle driven by Orville D. Wyatt, 65, of 28 Ontario St.

n A West Main Street resident accused one of the tenants of stealing her and her son’s Social Security cards Wednesday.

n Responded to the report of suspected drug paraphernalia Wednesday.

n Ian S. Poland, 18, of 39 Jefferson St., was arrested on a probation violation warrant Wednesday. He currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail until his mandatory Norwalk Municipal Court appearance.

n Shannon M. Gherman, 25, whose address was unavailable, was released after posting bond on three warrants Wednesday. Gherman was charged with failure to pay fines and costs and failure to show proof of alcohol counseling.

n An East League Street resident reported her green Next bicycle was missing Wednesday after a friend borrowed it from her. The friend let another person borrow it.

n Debra L. Kemper, 45, whose address was unavailable, turned herself in on a passing bad checks warrant Wednesday and was released after being issued a summons.

n Shane A. Signs, 33, of 152 1/2 Whittlesey Ave., was arrested on two warrants Wednesday and charged with failure to pay fines and costs. The original conviction was driving with expired plates and an open container violation. Signs is serving a 10-day sentence at the Huron County Jail.

n Dawn Gage, whose age and address were unavailable, was charged with driving under the influence in connection with a Milan Avenue traffic stop Wednesday. He has two prior DUI charges in the last six years. Police seized his 1996 Chrysler Sebring convertible and removed the license plates.

n Kristi Logan, 21, of Columbus, was arrested on a local forgery warrant stemming from a 2006 case Wednesday at the Franklin County Jail. She currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

n An Ohio 162, Monroeville, resident reported domestic violence Wednesday.

n A South Old State Road resident reported there was a suspected prowler in her back yard by the fence Wednesday.

n Advised of a Shady Lane Drive break-in Wednesday.

n An Ohio 162, New London, resident reported the theft of his mother’s camper trailer Wednesday from Division Lane, Fitchville.

n A Greenwich Township trustee reported there was manure “all over the roadway” Wednesday on Rome Greenwich Road, Greenwich.

n Dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call about needing an ambulance for an all-terrain vehicle accident Wednesday on Ohio 61.

n An Alpha Road, Greenwich, resident reported a break-in Wednesday.

n Dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call about the theft of four guns and some prescription medication Wednesday from Butler Road, Wakeman.
