Josh Snyder, Norwalk public works director, has provided an update about the resurfacing project on U.S. 250 in Norwalk.
“Erie Blacktop crews are finishing the top course of asphalt in sections on the south side, near the hospital, then will begin pavement repairs later today (Tuesday) through tomorrow (Wednesday) in locations already milled,” Snyder said.
There will be no work Thursday or Friday this week.
“Lastly, the surface course of paving will begin next Monday at the north end of town, working southward, with paving being wrapped up late next week. Manholes still need adjusted, traffic loops need (to be) installed and final striping work will begin the following week of July 14,” Snyder said.
These are tentative dates and may vary due to weather.
