The life of Dave Culver has been memorialized in New London.

Culver, a 1961 graduate of Norwalk High School, worked for almost 20 years as a surveyor for the Ohio Department of Transportation. He died in 2005.

"I thought it was a very nice tribute to Dave because he worked hard at his job," said Dave's wife, Sue Culver.
