NORWALK - The following people recently were convicted of drunken driving in Norwalk Municipal Court: Amanda L. Tansey, 33, 10 Depot St., Wakeman. Violation date: Dec. 29, 2007. Conviction date: Apr. 4. Defendant shall have dismissal due to plea on associated offense.

NORWALK - The following people recently were convicted of drunken driving in Norwalk Municipal Court:

Amanda L. Tansey, 33, 10 Depot St., Wakeman. Violation date: Dec. 29, 2007. Conviction date: Apr. 4. Defendant shall have dismissal due to plea on associated offense.

Stacey J. Hicks, 34, 25 N. Railroad St., Greenwich. Violation date: Mar. 13. Conviction date: Apr. 8. Sentence: $950 fine, $70 costs, one-year license suspension and 10 days in jail.

Ashley M. Stephens, 22, Avon. Violation date: Mar. 18. Conviction date: Apr. 8. Sentence: $700 fine, $60 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of alcohol intervention program (AIP).

Heidi L. Combs, 40, 155 Crestwood Dr., Willard. Violation date: Jan. 23. Conviction date: Apr. 8. Sentence: $700 fine, $60 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of AIP; defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from Apr. 8 to Sept. 24; defendant shall driving privileges to include Dr. Kasten, Ann Arbor, Mich., and Dr. Murphy, Marion.

Bruce Prater, 41, 100 Newton St., Norwalk. Violation date: Apr. 2. Conviction date: Apr. 7. Sentence: $950 fine, $70 costs, one-year license suspension and ten days in jail; defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from May 2 to Apr. 2, 2009 valid only with restricted plates.

Darcie R. Sattler, 29, 640 U.S. 250 South, Norwalk. Violation date: Mar. 16. Conviction date: Apr. 8. Sentence: $950 fine, $70 costs, one-year license suspension and 60 days in jail; defendant shall have 50 days jail suspended; defendant shall be placed on probation for two years; defendant shall abide by laws and have no convictions for two years; defendant shall provide proof of six months alcohol counseling by Nov. 8; defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from Apr. 15 to Mar. 16, 2009 valid only with restricted plates.
