A Norwalk city official addressed a number of construction-related projects, updating the projected start and completion dates and discussing the 2014 street resurfacing list.
Josh Snyder, public works director, also said the city has run into a bit of a snag with Phase 3 of Wooster-Marshall sewer separation and Phase 5 of East Main Street improvements.
"The city didn't received any bids on those two projects," Snyder said. "I don't ever recall us not getting any bids on a project," said Diane Eschen, finance director.
Eschen said Snyder will be calling the contractors to determine why no bids were submitted.
