New tax service to celebrate opening

Liberty Tax Service, 110 Whittlesey Ave. in Norwalk, will celebrate its grand opening with a party from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday. In addition, company representatives will be collecting cell phones for soldiers. The party will offer guests free hot dogs, chips, and soft drinks, and there will be balloons and a bounce house for children.
