Who knew chocolate bananas, pepperoni pizzas and superheroes could teach students about rhythm?
Percussionist Dylan Moffitt does. The Firelands Symphony Orchestra musician not only allowed Norwalk Catholic School third-graders to play various percussion instruments, he had them experience the power of rhythm at the same time.
"What I really enjoy is taking words and putting them to rhythm," Moffitt told the students.
