Grand jury indicts 42 people

Charges range from theft to drug crimes

An Erie County grand jury has indicted 42 people.

The following are the defendants and their charges:

Daniel N. Hallingshed, Jr. on nine counts complicity to receiving stolen property;

Michael E. Stefanow on two counts identity fraud;

Lisa A. Camiolo, aka Lisa Wood on one count each of theft, misuse of credit cards and receiving stolen property, and three counts forgery;

Marshall L. Fiske, aka Marshall Campbell on theft;

Tina F. Feagin on receiving stolen property;

Krystal F. Brown on one count each of complicity to receiving stolen property and forfeiture;

Tiffany E. Guynes on one count each of complicity to receiving stolen property and forfeiture;

Gabrielle L. Bering on theft;

Stella Anderson, aka Stella M. Hunter on one count each of grand theft and passing bad checks;

Samantha L. Flesher on one count each of braking and entering, petty theft and safecracking;

James D. Brant, Jr., aka Vinny Brant, aka Vinnie Brant on one count each of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property;

Debra K. Lute on possession of cocaine;

Thomas W. Cline on spec. and two counts driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

Tywuan M. Davis, aka Twyan Davis on one count each of disrupting a public service, carrying a concealed weapon, having a weapon while under disability, spec., and two counts each of aggravated burglary and intimidation;

James L. Young, Jr. on one count each of spec. and domestic violence;

Christian J. Thames on two counts of non-support of dependents;

Michael J. Kendera on two counts of non-support of dependents;

Anthony J. Taylor on burglary;

Patrick J. Brown on tampering with evidence;

Roman M. Arana on one count each of complicity to preparation of marijuana for sale, complicity to possession of marijuana and forfeiture;

Brandon Z. Glenn on complicity to preparation of marijuana for sale, complicity to possession of marijuana and forfeiture;

Kedrin D. Lockhart on one count each of possession of cocaine and preparation of cocaine for sale;

Zafar A. VanCleaf, aka Zafer A. VanCleaf on one count each of preparation of heroin for sale, preparation of cocaine for sale, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a Government facility, and forfeiture;

Leanna M. Haynes on one count each of possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, and aggravated possession of drugs;

Carlos S. Daniels, aka Varlos S. Daniels on one count each of possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, tampering with evidence, preparation of heroin for sale, and forfeiture;

Jerel X. Nelson on robbery;

Cherrelle D. Jackson on one count each of complicity to robbery, and obstructing justice;

Jermaine Jones on theft;

Roy Fant, aka Ray Fant on one count each of possession of cocaine, and tampering with evidence;

Anthony J. Pearson on possession of cocaine;

Jordan B. Donohoe on three counts of trafficking in marijuana;

Marvin Arrington on possession of cocaine;

Kimberly S. Moots on one count each of theft, and misuse of credit cards.

In addition to the aforementioned 33 suspects, an additional nine people were secretly indicted, meaning their names and charges won't be made public until arrests are made or court papers served.

In other grand jury action, a grand jury decided felony charges were not warranted against Bruce A. Washburn (abduction, felonious assault and domestic violence allegations) and Troy L. Tackett (domestic violence and endangering children allegations).
