DUI convictions

NORWALK - The following people recently were convicted of drunken driving in Norwalk Municipal Court: Sandra J. Mesenburg, 35, 33 E. Elm St., Norwalk. Violation date: Mar. 12. Conviction date: Mar. 17. Sentence: $600 fine, $60 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of alcohol intervention program (AIP); defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from Mar. 27 to Sept. 12.

NORWALK - The following people recently were convicted of drunken driving in Norwalk Municipal Court:

Sandra J. Mesenburg, 35, 33 E. Elm St., Norwalk. Violation date: Mar. 12. Conviction date: Mar. 17. Sentence: $600 fine, $60 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of alcohol intervention program (AIP); defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from Mar. 27 to Sept. 12.

Tonya Boyer, 22, 22 Townsend St., Greenwich. Violation date: Mar. 16. Conviction date: Mar. 17. Sentence: $600 fine, $60 costs, six-month license suspension and six days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of AIP; defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from Mar. 31 to Sept. 16 valid only with "restricted" plates.

Ronald Lehman, Jr., 38, Cleveland. Violation date: Mar. 15. Conviction date: Mar. 17. Sentence: $600 fine, $70 costs, six-month license suspension and three days in jail; defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from Mar. 30 to Sept. 15.

Brian J. Speicher, 36, 249 E. Main St., New London. Violation date: Mar. 14. Conviction date: Mar. 17. Sentence: $600 fine, $70 costs, six-month license suspension and 30 days in jail; credited with $250 and three days in jail time upon completion of AIP; defendant shall have 24 days in jail suspended; defendant shall be placed on probation for two years; defendant shall abide by laws and have no convictions for two years; defendant shall show proof of restitution to the court within 90 days; defendant shall have limited driving only on proof of insurance and occupation from Mar. 29 s Sept. 14 valid only with restricted plates.
