A number of emergency responders converged on a Northwest Street location Saturday afternoon due to the report of an unexploded chemical bomb.

At 2:27, Bellevue police received a call from a concerned citizen who advised there was an "unexploded chemical bomb in his back yard."

Bellevue police, fire and North Central EMS all responded.

The police report indicates police took a suspect into custody Saturday, but dispatchers said Sunday the case still is being investigated by Detective Marc Linder, who would back in the office today.

No injuries were indicated on the police report.
