Ohio man faces child sex charge in Wisconsin

A Cridersville, Ohio man pleaded not guilty Monday to a charge accusing him of sexually assaulting a child.

Tyler S. Nye, 22, appeared in court in St. Croix County to enter the plea to the felony charge that carries a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison. He was assigned a pretrial for May 27.

Nye was charged after police in Wisconsin arrested him March 1 after catching him in the back of a car with a 15-year-old boy. Both were under a blanket and partially clothed. Nye told police he was in a relationship with the teen and had sex with him.

Where are all the pro gay folks?..
Because he was gay i bet he felt entitled.. socially accepted..more tolerance is needed.. it wasn't like anyone's daughter or anything. It's wasn't a choice they both were born that way. (sarcasm)
It is about time more press on the fact that gays and lesbians have there fair share of sexual predators.
Kinda like thousands of people are killed each year but we only read about the gun violence.
