A robbery suspect was arrested this weekend.
Caleb M. Hale, 19, of 112 Dale St., Willard, was booked into the Huron County Jail about 6:10 p.m. Saturday. He was arrested without incident in Willard.
Hale is charged with robbery, a second-degree felony, which is punishable by two to eight years in prison.
The Willard Police Department handled the investigation of the suspected incident, which happened Wednesday. Chief Mark Holden said the victim reported being robbed of about $900 during the sale of a four-wheeler.
"He advised he was pistol-whipped," the chief added.
Hale was released from jail on Monday after posting bond.
The case remains under investigation.
