The former Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG) property has been sold.

Huron County Auditor Roland Tkach provided the official conveyance fee statement Friday.

Norwalk Patriot, LTD., a real estate group from Lisbon, Ohio, purchased the property for $550,000.

"Once the buyer gets in here and really assesses the property, things will move quickly,"  said Mac Lehrer, Realtor from Hoty Enterprises in Sandusky.

Lehrer provided more details for a story published Saturday in the Norwalk Reflector. Why worry about that right now,at least its a step in the right direction, better than falling apart or deteriorating like it has for the last 5 years,at least the city has a name or group to go after if things go bad or the misfits get in there and raise all kinds of hell if they haven't already.
