Norwalk has selected Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. to provide environmental consulting services under the $200,000 Enivronmental Protection Agency grant for community brownfields assessments.
"It was a very competitive process," Norwalk Mayor Sue Lesch said. "Twenty-six firms submitted proposals in response to the city's (request for proposals), and Malcolm Pirnie quickly rose to the top with a superb proposal and excellent references."
