Larry J. Smith, 44, of 67 Wooster St., was arrested on a warrant Wednesday and charged with probation violation. He was arrested after officers responded to a 9-1-1 call at his home about a possible domestic dispute. Smith currently is in custody at the Huron County Jail.

The Richland County Sheriff's Office reported arresting Samuel E. Fey, 43, of 2948 Neal Zick Road, Lot 32, Willard, on three local warrants during a traffic stop Wednesday. He was charged with one count of failure to appear and two counts of failure to report to jail. Fey is serving a 10-day sentence at the Huron County Jail.
The Norwalk Police Department reported receiving a complaint of a hit-skip accident Wednesday on U.S. 250 where the suspect vehicle headed south. Officers later stopped the damaged minivan on Grand Avenue and had it towed to the police station. Two unspecified male suspects were arrested on unrelated charges.
