Erie County grand jury indicts 30 people

Charges range from drug crimes to aggravated robbery and felonious assault.

An Erie County grand jury this week indicted 30 people.

The following people were indicted on these charges:

Ollie D. Norman, also known as Lee Norman, also known as Ollie Orr, for complicity to trafficking in heroin - three counts; possession of heroin.

Sondra L. Holt for possession of heroin.

James H. Charlton for possession of cocaine; preparation of cocaine for sale.

David G. Martin for complicity to possession of heroin; complicity to aggravated possession of drugs - two counts; complicity to preparation of heroin for sale; complicity to preparation of drugs for sale - two counts.

Anthony G. Hatfield for complicity to trafficking in heroin - three counts; complicity to possession of heroin; complicity to aggravated possession of drugs - two counts; complicity to preparation of drugs for sale - two counts; complicity to preparation of heroin for sale.

Duwayne G. Walls for domestic violence; possession of cocaine; possession of heroin.

Rafael T. Pool for trafficking in heroin.

Jeremy A. Griggs for aggravated possession of drugs; domestic violence; intimidation.

Bryan G. Dempsey for escape.

Timothy A. Brant for possession of cocaine.

Joshua Risner for possession of heroin.

Deborah L. Lash for felonious assault; tampering with evidence; vandalism; grand theft, with a specification.

Stella Anderson, also known as Stella Hunter, for felonious assault.

Sheldon L. Murphy for burglary - three counts.

Heather L. Fox for failure to register.

Kerri A. Canter for non-support of dependents - three counts.

David Fecik, Jr. for non-support of dependents - three counts.

Mathew C. Fallon, also known as Matthew C. Fallon, for domestic violence. (Grand jurors also determined a child endangering charge was not warranted against him.)

Tricia A. Hoover, also known as Tricia A. Pickett for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brendan J. McCormick for possession of heroin.

Christina L. Martinez for theft.

Kyle A. Reed for forgery - two counts.

Stephen R. Barnhart for possession of heroin; tampering with evidence.

Christopher L. Trayanum for aggravated robbery - two counts; felonious assault; having a weapon while under disability; intimidation, with a specification. (Grand jurors also determined another felonious assault charge with a specification was not warranted against him.)

Jesse K. Rankins for domestic violence.

Anthony S. Muscioni for complicity to burglary; complicity to possession of criminal tools; complicity to safecracking; complicity to theft.

Kyle F. Wassermann, also known as Kyle F. Wasserman, for complicity to burglary; complicity to possess of criminal tools; complicity to safecracking; complicity to theft; burglary - two counts.

Jason A. Crum, also known as Jason A. Crum, Sr., for complicity to burglary; complicity to possession of criminal tools; complicity to safecracking; complicity to theft.

In addition to aforementioned 28 people, two others were secretly indicted, meaning their names and charges won't be made public until arrests are made or court papers served.
