Woman cited for DUI

A Monroeville woman who was stopped Saturday in connection with going left of center also was charged with driving under the influence.

Jessica Poths, 24, of 5034 N. Ohio 99, was stopped by Trooper William Howard, of the state Highway Patrol. The trooper made the stop at 3:17 a.m. on Ohio 99 in Monroeville.

Poths, who was charged with DUI and going left of center, had a breath test with a blood-alcohol content level of .103 percent, according to Howard's report. The legal limit for drivers in Ohio is .08 percent.

She has no prior DUI convictions.
