WAKEMAN An online investigation of suspected sex offenders by the Wakeman Police Department lead to a pair of arrests Tuesday.
Michael S. Byers, 42, of Newark, was charged with pandering obscenity involving a minor, a second-degree felony, after being accused of sending online pictures of people exposing themselves and other inappropriate and illegal information to an officer, Chief Tim Hunker said.
