It's not easy being the champ.

Cora Wyers, 13, of Wakeman, is the reigning winner of the 11 & Under Showmanship at the 2013 All American Quarter Horse Congress.

The Western Reserve seventh-grader and her horse Frank won the Columbus-area competition in the fall. Known as the world's largest single-breed horse show, the All American Quarter Horse Congress receives more than 17,000 entries during its three-week schedule.

A feature story about Wyers was published Monday in the Norwalk Reflector.
