Norwalk man graduates from OSHP academy

A Norwalk man recently graduated  as part of the 155th academy class of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Trooper Justin J. Fleming was assigned to the Sandusky post following his 22 weeks of intense paramilitary training.

Fleming was one four graduates who earned special honors for top performance in various fields of study at the training academy. He won top performance in academics.
