Suspected DUI driver hits truck stuck in snow

Teen was driving Ford F-150 that was stuck in the snow at 1 a.m.

The state Highway Patrol is awaiting the results of a urine sample submitted by a Willard man who was charged with driving under the influence and hit a pickup truck stuck in the snow.

Gregory Spearman, 44, of 3905 W. New Haven St., was southbound on Ohio 99 at 1:10 a.m. Feb. 9 in Greenfield Township. The driver hit the passenger side of the Ford F-150 driven by Seth K. Williams, 18, of 1155 Meadowview, Willard, Trooper Korey Robinson said. The truck was stuck in the snow and partially in the southbound lane.

Wilcox towed the truck driven by Williams and the Chevrolet Equinox driven by Spearman from the scene with disabling damage.
