Grand jury indicts 32

Charges range from drug possession to rape.

An Erie County grand jury has indicted these suspects on the following charges:

Chase T. Smith on nonsupport of dependents.

Randy E. Kimble aka Richard T. Kimble on felonious assault.

Tywaun M. Davis aka Tywan M. Davis on two counts domestic violence.

Diangelo Tiller on disrupting public service, domestic violence.

Tyler D. Lopez on domestic violence.

Paul M. Barnhart on possession of marijuana.

Dashon R. Oglesby on escape.

Nicole M. Risaliti on driving under the influence.

Carl R. Jaskiewicz on aggravated possession of drugs.

Melissa D. Sullivan on possession of heroin.

Kyle W. Strong on aggravated possession of drugs.

Katheryn L. Cooper on possession of heroin, two counts aggravated possession of drugs.

Joseph R. Sandy aka Joseph R. Sandy Sr. on tampering with evidence.

Kyle A. Reed on two counts receiving stolen property.

Scott A. Gaborko on burglary/trespassing in habitation, disrupting public services, domestic violence.

Blaine L. Butler on two counts driving under the influence, two counts driving under the influence refusal.

William J. Marton on six counts rape, 12 counts gross sexual imposition.

Brittany D. Rogers on retaliation.

Warren G. Mathias aka Warren McCallum aka Warren D. Mathis on four counts complicity theft, obstructing justice, complicity to possession of criminal tools, complicity to identity fraud, complicity to forgery, complicity to criminal simulation, tampering with records, complicity to receiving stolen property.

Tarea M. Billingslea on four counts complicity to theft, tampering with evidence, complicity to possession of criminal tools, complicity to identity fraud, complicity to forgery, complicity to criminal simulation, complicity to receiving stolen property.

Julius L. Wallace III on four counts complicity to theft, complicity to tampering with records, complicity to possession of criminal tools, complicity to identity fraud, complicity forgery, complicity to criminal simulation, complicity to receiving stolen property.

Robert M. Dozier on four counts complicity to theft, tampering with records, complicity to possession of criminal tools, complicity to identity fraud, complicity to forgery, complicity to criminal simulation, complicity to receiving stolen property.

James A. Timmons III on four counts complicity to theft, complicity to possession of criminal tools, complicity to identity fraud, complicity to forgery, complicity to criminal simulation, complicity to receiving stolen property.

Dennis J. Nickle on two counts aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence.

Matthew C. Ridgeway on possession of cocaine.

Barry C. Keller aka Berry K. Keller on possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence.

Anthony J. Pearson on two counts possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence.

Kevin L. Alexander II on domestic violence, kidnapping, felonious assault.

Stanley L. Keahey Jr. on domestic violence, aggravated burglary, felonious assault, intimidation, aggravated robbery, violation of protection order.

Lashana Y. Elliott on five counts tampering with records, six counts identity fraud, five counts forgery, possession of criminal tools, three counts receiving stolen property.

In addition to the aforementioned 30 people, two other suspects were secretly indicted, meaning their names and charges won't be made public until arrests are made or court papers served.
