A heroin defendant was sentenced to seven months in prison Monday.

Kreg K. Brady, 37, of 924 N. Meadow Lane, pleaded guilty at the same hearing to possession of heroin. The prison term was a joint recommendation between the state and Huron County Public Defender David Longo.

Brady's conviction stems from an Aug. 12 incident. Huron County Assistant Prosecutor Richard Woodruff said Norwalk Police Officer Zack O'Neil found .02 grams of heroin on the defendant during a search.

The defendant also must reimburse the police department $40 to cover the cost of drug testing.

Damn dude, get yourself together! You've been doing this same crap since you were 20. How many prison numbers do you need to get before you realize something needs to change?
