Immediate family: Mom and dad, Dan and Helen, brother Drew and sister Elizabeth.

Education: High school and BGSU Firelands with an associates of business.

Occupation: Customer service for seven months at the Hen House. I answer the phones, take sales orders, deposits and invoicing.

What was your first job?: Domino's Pizza for $5.15 an hour.

Dumbest customer request or question? What is the size of the 16" bear hug.

What is your dream job? Game show host.

The most challenging part of my job is: Always having to be patient and nice to all our customers.

Most rewarding?: Making our customers happy.

Biggest pet peeve? When people don't use their blinker!

Biggest guilty pleasure? Celebreality.

Most embarrassing part of your CD collection: The Little Mermaid.

Best thing about living in Norwalk? I know someone wherever I go.

Biggest complaint? I have to ask a guy if we are related before I can date him.

What do you like to do when not working? Go out.

What's been the best car you've ever owned? My car now, a 2003 Jetta.

What do you do for exercise? Kick-boxing uptown three times a week, give or take a day.

What's your favorite recreational activity? Ping-Pong.

How do you relieve stress? Dancing!
