A man with a blood-alcohol level nearly four times the legal limit was arrested after a traffic stop in North Toledo early Tuesday.

Mark Milliken, 37, of 16 W. Weber St., is charged with obstructing official business, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, not wearing a seatbelt, and not using a turn signal. He was released from the Lucas County jail today but is to appear in Toledo Municipal Court on Wednesday.

Police pulled over Mr. Milliken on Weber, near Cottage Avenue, at 12:18 a.m., according to traffic citations and court records. Once stopped, Mr. Milliken took a breath-test and registered a 0.314 percent blood-alcohol level, police said. The legal limit for Ohio drivers is .08 percent.

During the arrest, Mr. Millken reportedly refused to put his hands behind his back and did not want to get into the police car, officers said.

Pahlastered !!!

I had to drive...I was too drunk to walk!

Why, did a small town local paper have to go 50+ miles for a dui story?

Wow. .35 is at a surgical anesthesia level, and this guy was driving??

I saw a BAC ticket many years ago where in the driver blew .419.

This is not an English classroom Rick.
If all you have is to gripe about spelling then keep it to yourself.
Brock is just spelling phonicly.

Shut up

Well, like you said of yourself in another of your posts you are a prick.
Since you can't argue against the truth you just want me to shut up.

Didn't you read what I typed before? Lol

I've read many of your comments and here is part of your comment on the blizzard of 78 article
"I'm just a prick by nature"
And you continue to prove it when you post other comments.

Since this is English class, you forgot the punctuation mark at the end of your statement. I would recommend an exclamation point.

hit the road jack

I think I knew that guy that had the .419 not a very smart guy though.
