Norwalk man pleads innocent to felony

A Norwalk man has pleaded innocent to a felony charge.

Kenneth K. Low III, 24, of 540 U.S. 250, has a March 4 trial date in Huron County Common Pleas Court on misuse of credit card in connection with an incident between Aug. 28 and Sept. 25 in Huron and Erie counties.

As a condition of the 10 percent of $5,000 bond he earlier posted, Low is prohibited from having any association with the victim.

While he had that credit card he should have used it to pay for a hair style.
