It’s a modern day Christmas Miracle.

And for Roxana Nead, it is a birthday she will never forget.

Nead was given a 2001 Pontiac GrandAm Monday afternoon by the owners of 2nd Chance Auto II, 100 Whittlesey Ave., Norwalk.

“It’s exciting because I’m getting things in order,” said Nead, a single mother of three who just a month ago was living in a homeless shelter.

Kyleen and Shawn Rahrig, owners of 2nd Chance Auto II, decided they wanted to give back at the holidays. They contacted Robin Hunt at Huron County Job and Family Services and together selected Nead to receive a car.
