Erie County grand jury indicts 47 people

Charges range from heroin possession to kidnapping and attempted rape

An Erie County grand jury had indicted 47 people.

The following people were indicted:

Jeffrey E. Moore aka Jeffrey E. Moore Sr. aka Jeffrey L. Moore on possession of cocaine, two counts possession of drugs, preparation of cocaine for sale, preparation of drugs for sale, preparation of marijuana for sale. Grand jurors declined to issue a forfeiture specification against him.

Kapricia J. Morgan aka Kapricia J. Henson on theft, burglary, receiving stolen property.

Lorraine K. Myers on possession of heroin.

Melvin C. Coleman on two counts kidnapping, attempted grand theft.

Obediah T. Schreck on burglary.

Daniel L. Buchanan on aggravated possession of drugs, two counts driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Shane R. Klauss on burglary/trespass in habitation, burglary.

Kevin M. Gibson on aggravated possession of drugs.

William C. Rumfola on domestic violence.

Richard A. Churchwell on domestic violence.

Dashon R. Oglesby on domestic violence.

Eugene T. Moore on two counts possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence.

Tracy L. Carey on non-support of dependents.

Brayland R. Johnson Jr. on possession of cocaine.

Tavon J. Pace on possession of heroin.

April L. Losey on five counts receiving stolen property, complicity to commit misuse of credit cards.

Crystal L. Losey on receiving stolen property, complicity to commit misuse of credit cards.

Sheldon L. Murphy II on burglary.

Austin R. Agee on complicity to commit grand theft.

Alycia N. Cross on receiving stolen property, tampering with evidence.

Yashicka L. Stevenson on possession of cocaine.

Christopher D. Ruff on three counts theft, forgery, complicity to commit receiving stolen property, complicity to commit forgery.

Carrie S. Schoewe aka Carrie Wirsche on receiving stolen property, theft, misuse of credit cards, complicity to commit receiving stolen property, complicity to forgery.

Jaterius D. Light on complicity to commit burglary.

Kelly R. Lanham aka Kelly R. Cleary on aggravated possession of drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ryan N. Renusch on complicity to possession of marijuana, complicity to preparation of marijuana for sale.

Jay A. Clowers Jr. on complicity to possession of marijuana, complicity to preparation of marijuana for sale.

Chancellor Stevenson on participate in a criminal gang; complicity to commit vandalism; burglary; aggravated rioting.

Matthew J. Haller on misuse of credit cards, theft, three counts receiving stolen property, escape.

Jason F. Fandrich on possession of heroin.

Ryan A. Hartman on theft.

Brian L. Vanvlerah on five counts prohibited acts involving a certificate of title, four counts forgery, two counts tampering with records.

Jerrold D. Redmond on possession of cocaine.

Fred L. Watson on possession of weapon while under detention.

David W. Endicott on failure to verify address.

Dusti L. Akers on complicity to possession of heroin.

George M. Butler on complicity to possession of heroin.

Johnathan B. Lowe on complicity to possession of heroin.

Katie L. Holland on two counts receiving stolen property, forgery.

Larry G. Hopkins Jr. on attempted rape, kidnapping, gross sexual imposition.

Devontae Q. Knight on menacing by stalking, burglary.

In addition to the aforementioned 41 people, five others were secretly indicted, meaning their names and charges will not be made public until arrests are made or court papers served.

In other action, grand jurors declined to issue an indictment against Timothy J. Hofer on felonious assault, domestic violence and aggravated assault charges.
