Two defendants were arraigned and also pleaded "not guilty" to their respective charges this week in Huron County Common Pleas Court.
Kyle W. Strong, 24, of 270 E. Ohio 61, is charged with one count each of breaking and entering, safecracking and theft of drugs, all in connection with an Oct. 12 incident. He isn't allowed to go on the premises of a Bellevue animal hospital.
Strong, who earlier posted a $25,000 bond, goes to trial March 11.
Kenneth J. Carroll, 22, of Toledo, goes to trial Feb. 27 on two counts of trafficking in drugs. The fifth-degree felonies are in connection with incidents on Oct. 18 and 24, 2012.
Carroll, who was arrested Friday, was released from jail Monday on a personal recognizance bond. That means he signed a court document promising he would return to court for future hearings without having to pay any money.
