Grand jury indicts 63 people

Charges range from theft and heroin possession to rape and attempted murder.

An Erie County grand jury has indicted 63 people.

The following people have been indicted on the following charges:

Jordan N. Wallace on complicity to commit safecracking, complicity to commit grand theft.

Allison C. Cosentino aka Allison C. McKillips on possession of cocaine, possession of heroin.

David A. Dillery on two counts aggravated possession of drugs.

Corey M. Fannin, Sr. on domestic violence, endangering children.

Daniel K. Carey on complicity to commit burglary, complicity to commit theft.

Kenneth M. Kollen aka Mitch Kollen on two counts theft, burglary.

Amanda M. Ballard on two counts theft.

Terry D. Welsch on two counts complicity to commit theft.

Janie R. Ayers on possession of cocaine, burglary, theft, breaking and entering.

Timothy A. Evans on driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, DUI refusal.

Keri D. Harper on two counts misuse of credit cards, theft, forgery.

Jordan T. Graham on driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Anthony S. Christian on burglary, two counts receiving stolen property.

Antoine L. Moman on complicity to commit possession of marijuana.

Michael J. Geringer on burglary.

Kirt T. Bott on complicity to commit theft, complicity to commit receiving stolen property, complicity to commit breaking and entering.

Carlton R. Cherry on complicity to commit theft, complicity to commit receiving stolen property, complicity to commit breaking and entering.

Nichole M. Risaliti on driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Dashawn L. Clinton on complicity to commit preparation of marijuana for sale, forfeiture.

Melissa S. Vanmeter on complicity to commit preparation of marijuana for sale.

Richard D. Harvey on trafficking in marijuana.

Chad M. Coleman on three counts breaking and entering, theft.

Keith S. Duvall on possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs, tampering with evidence.

Michael J. Lazzara on possession of dangerous drugs.

Marcus A. Bonner on possession of cocaine.

Lorenzo V. Gray on felonious assault.

Tavonia P. Tigner on felonious assault.

Charles R. Bennett on burglary/trespass in habitation, violation of protection order.

Jamie R. Gonzales on possession of heroin, two counts possession of drugs.

James H. Charlton on possession of cocaine, illegal conveyance of weapons of prohibited items onto grounds of a detention facility or institution, assault, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Richard A. Sosa on possession of cocaine.

Tyler J. Keegan on possession of heroin, possession of drugs, complicity to commit possession of heroin.

Jeremy A. Griggs on aggravated possession of drugs.

Carla D. Hendricks aka Carla Campbell aka Carla D. Gooch aka Carla North on two counts felonious assault.

Shawn R. Dirnberg on domestic violence.

Ambrian S. Lewis on complicity to commit possession of cocaine, complicity to commit preparation of marijuana for sale, complicity to commit possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence.

Dalanea D. Johnson on complicity to commit possession of cocaine, complicity to commit preparation of marijuana for sale, complicity to commit possession of marijuana, permitting drug abuse, endangering children, forfeiture.

Devontae Q. Knight on burglary/trespass in habitation; violation of protection order.

Samuel V. Terrell on domestic violence, burglary, two counts violation of protection order.

Jonathan W. Windon on robbery, theft, tampering with evidence.

Christopher B. Smith, Jr. on failure to register/verify address.

Mykelle Kincade on participate in a criminal gang, complicity to commit vandalism, burglary, aggravated rioting.

Maleek Aaron on participate in a criminal gang, complicity to commit vandalism, burglary, aggravated rioting.

Marieon J. Ross on receiving stolen property, tampering with evidence, carrying a concealed weapon, breaking and entering, complicity to commit grand theft.

Aaron T. Johnson on domestic violence.

Brian M. Jury on two counts kidnapping, felonious assault, attempted murder, five counts rape.

 

In addition to the aforementioned 54 defendants, the grand jury issued eight people were secretly indicted, which means their names and charges won't be released until arrests have been made or court papers served.

 

In other action, the grand jury determined charges were not warranted against these people for the following charges:

Nolan E. Gay on unlawful sexual conduct with minor.

Timothy K. Johnson II aka Timothy K. Johnson, Jr. on violation of temporary protection order.

Reeves C. Roldan, Jr. on domestic violence.

Tyrone Turmon, Jr. on felonious assault.

Stanley E. Redding on domestic violence.
