CHAMBER CHATTER - New Year's goals to benefit business

I was thinking of the New Year's resolutions I would love to make but then realized the likelihood of any of them happening are slim to none.

I was thinking of the New Year's resolutions I would love to make but then realized the likelihood of any of them happening are slim to none.

For instance, I would like to resolve to be more patient, to be somewhat diplomatic and to remain calm even when the moment begs for an involuntary response. Sadly, those items seem to remain under the "almost, not quite" column each year. I also would like to resolve to be tall and thin. Make that very tall and any range of thin will do. Since these too, seem a bit beyond my reach, I am instead leaning towards goals that are more up my alley and will benefit your business.
