I heard these new lines are being installed due to a cheaper cleaner natural gas alternative. At the last city advancement meeting i heard an idea kicked around to put a large tent over willard and collect all the methane gas that is expelled from all the pieces of $#!7 that live there and pipe it in to norwalk for furnaces and stoves and possibly bottle it for automotive fuel replacement... an aldi spokes person was there and said "aldi" i.e. would donate 7% of the nation wide stores bean stockpile to what was refered to as the 'tent' city the spokes person did not get specific on the type of bean. I guess we will all have to wait and see. Anywho im glad to see the project starting
