A pair of suspected break-in accomplices are prohibited from having any association with each other while their cases are pending.
Andrea L. Jenkins, 41, of 100 S. Main St., Lot 1, North Fairfield, and Ashley R. Miller, 27, of 17 1/2 E. Hooker St., New London, are charged with breaking and entering. The fifth-degree felony, which is punishable by six to 12 months behind bars, is in connection with an Aug. 14 incident.
Both defendants pleaded innocent during their respective arraignments Monday in Huron County Common Pleas Court. They told Judge Jim Conway they have no prior felony convictions and they aren't on probation.
As a condition of their respective bonds, they can't have any association or communication with each other and can't be on the premises of the New State Road victim's property.
Each of the defendants earlier posted a $5,000 bond.
Jenkins' trial is scheduled for Jan. 23, while Miller's trial date is five days later.
