Separate crashes kill two in Wayne County

Two traffic crashes in Wayne County on Wednesday claimed the lives of two men, one in Apple Creek and the other in Paint Township.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported Carelton C. Flanagan Jr., 29, of Wooster, was eastbound about 7:30 a.m. on U.S. 250 at Apple Creek Road when his motorcycle went left of center and he lost control. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said he was not wearing a helmet.

The second fatality involved two cars on Route 94 south of Western Road. Kenneth A. Bolin, 45, of Rittman, was southbound at 6:30 a.m. and Logan M. Mast, 50, of Millersburg, was northbound. Bolin traveled to the right side of the road, then re-entered the road and was struck on the passenger side by Mast. Bolin was pronounced dead at the scene.

He could have died even if he had worn a helmet.

I'd say going left of center means quick death,like how they say he wasn't wearing his helmet,what a dumbass statement.
