The state Highway Patrol is investigating a one-vehicle rollover crash that left a woman with serious injuries.

The crash occurred at 7:04 p.m. Sunday on Ohio 19, south of Limerick Road, in Sandusky County’s Green Creek Township.

A 2001 Chevrolet Blazer driven by Lori S. Clouse, 43, of Clyde, was traveling north when it went off the east side of the road, striking a ditch culvert, troopers said. The vehicle then overturned and struck a utility pole prior to coming to a stop. Clouse, who was not wearing her seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle.

She was transported by a LifeFlight helicopter to The University of Toledo Medical Center. No further information was available about her condition.

The crash remains under investigation.

Troopers were assisted on scene by the Sandusky County Sheriffs Department, Green Springs Police Department, Green Springs Fire, Sandusky County Life Squad and LifeFlight.
