A group of individuals attending the Ohio Valley Teen Challenge men's center in Youngstown are in Willard recently to re-roof the old Willard Healthcare Center for the opening of an Ohio Valley Teen Challenge women's center on the site. The center is scheduled to open in March.
Teen Challenge is a 12-month, Christian-based residential services for all ages struggling with life-controlling addictions. Its mission is to "inspire and empower all young people and those who nurture them to realize their full potential as responsible, productive and engaged citizen(s) by providing opportunities for our youth to grow spiritually, academically and socially in a safe environment."
