Humes, 75, of 2045 County Road 302, Bellevue, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to yield the right-of-way in connection with a Nov. 16 accident at the intersection of U.S. 20 and Prairie Road. He was heading south on Prairie Road when he failed to yield at the stop sign and hit the vehicle driven by Molly E. Owens, 17, of Ashland. Humes' van and the car stopped in the U.S. 20 median.
David A. Lichtle II, 18, of 4445 River Road, was charged with failure to control Thursday after he went off the right side of Hill Road and hit a ditch.

Teresa A. Crawford, 33, of 680 Monroe Road, Wakeman, was charged with failure to control Sunday after she went off the right side of Cook Road and hit a tree, stopping in a ditch. She reported minor injuries, but wasn't transported.
