A Norwalk woman is accused of selling heroin to a confidential informant Sunday.
Jennifer J. Reynolds, 35, of 46A Chatham St., is charged with one count each of trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin. The fifth-degree felonies are punishable by six to 12 months behind bars.
"It was a controlled drug transaction. It took place in the city of Norwalk. I don't want to comment on the quantity (of heroin) at this point," Norwalk Assistant Law Director Scott Christophel said.
The Norwalk Police Department coordinated the suspected drug buy.
Reynolds was in custody at the Huron County Jail as of Tuesday.
