Stopped car leads to triple arrest in Norwalk

Norwalk police arrested three people in connection with a stopped vehicle blocking traffic along the side of West Main Street.

The call came just before 3 a.m. Saturday.

Jacques A. Braddy, 29, of Marion, was arrested on an outstanding contempt of court warrant out of Morrow County. He was taken to the Huron County Jail to await extradition.

Donald T. Ott, 57, of Norwalk, was arrested in connection with disorderly conduct (intoxication) and held in the city jail until sober.

Jennifer M. Bowman, 22, of Norwalk, was arrested in connection with disorderly conduct (intoxication) and released to a sober person.
