8 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
1 heaping cup of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
About 2 tablespoons butter
2 pie crusts Combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour together. Set aside for a couple minutes (five to 15 minutes if you're making your own pie crust). Prepare pie crust. Pour apple mixture into bottom of pie crust. Dot with butter. Place top of pie crust on and seal crust together. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Then turn oven down to 350 to 375 degrees and bake for another 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
