Norwalk Patrol post names trooper, dispatcher of the year

The Norwalk post of the state Highway Patrol selected Brian Gockstetter as its 2007 trooper of the year and Scott Robenalt as its dispatcher of the year. Both 33-year-old Norwalk residents have won their respective awards multiple times. Gockstetter earned trooper of the year honors in 2002 and 2004. Three years ago, he was the Bucyrus district trooper of the year. Gockstetter earned the patrol's safe driving ribbon in 2000 and 2003 as well as the physical fitness award in 2000.
