If you can't get over the river and through the woods to grandmother's house, you can still get Thanksgiving dinner.

For a decade or more, the Wildes and the Bleiles of Norwalk have been offering such a meal in the Norwalk Catholic School elementary cafeteria or through delivery.

Skipe Wilde said he, his wife and the Bleiles serve meals to between 100 to 150 people each year.

"Most people are getting their fill of food; there are people who aren't," Wilde said.

He said the people who take advantage of the meal may not have anywhere to go. Or, they physically can't get out.

Either way, the Wildes and the Bleile's have you covered. They can deliver meals to your home, provide transportation to the Norwalk Catholic School elementary cafeteria or simply greet you at the door.

The meal is a traditional Thanksgiving feast and includes turkey, dressing and all the trimmings.

"The turkey and the dressing are great," Wilde said, adding the mashed potatoes are made from scratch.

For home delivery, send any names, addresses and phone numbers to the Bleiles or Wildes by Nov. 21. Call Skip or Patti Wilde at (419) 668-2766 or Robin Bleile at (419) 668-1114.
